1. Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary for the bot to function, including:

• User IDs and Usernames (for identification).
• Server IDs (for configuration).
• Command usage logs (for debugging and security).
• Custom configuration data (prefixes, welcome messages, etc.).

2. Log Data

Logs created by the bot (such as moderation logs) are stored within your Discord server's channels or ephemeral storage. We do not permanently store message content unless it's for a specific feature (like snippets or tickets) that explicitly requires it.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only used to provide the service.

4. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on our support server. When the bot is removed from a guild, configuration data may be retained for a short period to allow for easy restoration if re-added, after which it is deleted.
